Purposes
Primary: to answer your quote request, quote and coordinate freight, and evaluate carriers for onboarding. Secondary, which you may refuse without affecting service: sending you service updates and commercial offers.
Transfers
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the carriers, customs brokers and insurers strictly required to move your freight, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the use of your data, revoke your consent, or limit its use, by writing to sales@shiplink-logistics.com with your name and the right you wish to exercise. We respond within the terms set by law.
Retention & changes
